Workers’ Compensation Technologies, LLC (WCT) is a small, woman and minority-owned business that specializes in software development for Federal Workers’ Compensation Programs.
The WCT team has extensive experience providing Federal workers’ compensation case management services with success identifying millions of dollars in cost savings by returning long-term injured employees to the workplace or removing them from the Federal workers’ compensation rolls.
The WCT team also has extensive experience providing software development and information technology to the Federal government with a highly successful software called “Flight Explorer” that was used to track airline traffic during the 9/11 attack on the United States. CNN’s use of Flight Explorer allows them to track and report real-time flight delays.
The successful combination of the two corporate capabilities will allow WCT to revolutionize the Federal Workers’ Compensation Programs through its use of the Workers’ Compensation Case Management Reporting System (WCCMRS) developed specifically for the Federal government.
WCT is located in Lanham, just minutes from Washington, D.C. and within close proximity to all Federal departments.

Through WCCMRS’s integrated Organizational Structure Module, Workers’ Compensation claims are tracked at the functional organizational level to which the injured of ill employee is assigned, thus making it easier to reconcile quarterly OWCP Chargeback Reports for workers’ compensation expenses it paid out. Ineffective allocation of costs and management of OWCP Chargeback dollars are consistent repetitive findings within the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Federal Agency Worker’s Compensation Program Audits.
WCCRMS’s EDI Module, which manages the secure electronic transmission of claims to OWCP, tightly integrates with the Case Management Module which is designed to manage a case from OWCP Case Number Assignment through returning the employee to work or other disposition of the claim. WCCMRS allows standard case management tasks, as a matter of an organization’s standard policies and procedures enforcement, to be setup globally for the agency and WCCCMRS tracks and reports the completion of these tasks with agency targeted completion times for each case manager. It also allows uncompleted tasks to be re-calendared to future dates.
